She was so sweet and explained the entire process and services they provide. Tim and Chase were our 2 craftsmen for an 8 hour day. They were phenomenal and got everything on our list completed! Showed up on time and got right to work. We bought a new microwave and slide in range to replace the originals from when our house was built in 1998. Our old oven was a drop in style, so we needed the countertops trimmed and bottom cabinets cut to get the new slide in oven to fit. I scheduled a certified electrician to be here when the oven was removed to change the plug from hard wire to 4 prong plug in. Tim and Chase replaced our oven and microwave, caulked all of our windows and outdoor fixtures, and replaced the rotted door frame on 2 of our frenchdoor patios. We couldn't be more pleased and will definitely use Guthrie's on any future home projects!

When I called, a well-informed representative listened to my needs, told me the options, and immediately scheduled a craftsman to our home the next morning. That day, I received a call from Tim Johnson, the craftsman confirming his arrival time and the address. He showed up exactly as planned, took time to listen, and surveyed the work needed. He got straight to the task, only pausing to briefly procure some materials (including sample-matched paint) to complete the job. Workmanship was first-rate, and Tim left our property cleaner than it was before he came - treated it like it was his own. I was exceptionally pleased with both the work and the professionalism I saw throughout my entire encounter with Guthrie's Ace Handyman Services. Will definitely use them again!

Thad GrayI recently used Guthrie's Ace Handyman Services for assistance with several home repairs. While I have experience with this type of work, I needed an extra set of skilled hands for a larger project involving the removal of all gutters, repair of damaged eaves, and painting of the eaves and fascia. The technician assigned to the job, Chase Williams, was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. His expertise and efficiency made a significant difference, and together we were able to complete the entire project in just two days. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would confidently recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable help with home improvement or small repair projects.

Kim AThis company is a complete joke!! Do NOT use them!! Scammers who must be paying for good reviews. Everyone at this company, from the so-called skilled tradesman, Kyle to the unhelpful manager, Tara is INCOMPETENT!! I only wanted 3 small things done so I booked for 3 hours. The "skilled tradesman" made 2 trips to the store for the same item (connecting a shampoo bowl)!!! Let me be clear, there was existing plumbing that had been "plumbed out" AND the shampoo bowl was already completely together. All he had to do was connect it. He made a HUGE mess in the process that cost me additional money & gime because I had to make a trip to the store to get items to clean up. After leaving (he walked to his car with an attitude & said he was coming back), I noticed that it was leaking AND not draining properly. The company REFUSED to send a new person even though I repeatedly told them that I wasn't comfortable with them sending the same guy back out. So, I essentially got scammed out of my money even though the company supposedly offers a 12-month warranty. Oh... and the company upcharges 50% for materials they have to purchase!!! 50%!! This is in addition to charging for travel time going to the store AND time spent doing the job!! This man intentionally took way more time than what was needed to halfway complete a job. Run!!! Do NOT book with them!!!
